Carol B. Nabaleke is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. She practices in the corporate and commercial, Islamic finance, real estate ,construction and infrastructure, as well as dispute resolution practices, advising clients on transactions, projects, and complex commercial matters.

She is actively involved in the Firm’s Islamic Corporate, commercial law and projects advisory practice where she supports financial institutions, corporate borrowers, government entities and sovereigns on Shariah compliant financing instruments and investment structures, purchase and sales undertakings, perfection of securities and related documentation.

Carol also plays a significant role in the Firm’s infrastructure and construction law practice advising on the structuring, procurement, project execution, risk allocation, contractual compliance, project documentation and claims management by contractors, employers, consultants, and project managers. She represents clients across the tiered dispute resolution mechanisms akin to construction standard form contracts.

In the Firm’s corporate and commercial practice, she offers transactional support, corporate governance advisory, business formalization & structuring, and regulatory compliance advisory. Carol also regularly advises on real estate transactions and property conveyancing, supporting the clientele to achieve secure property acquisitions and property backed financing arrangements.
